essential support for veterans basic needs

The MVOC welcomes donations of food, clothing, and household maintenance items. All donations must be new or in excellent condition. While we appreciate all contributions, please note the following:

• Accepted Items: Non-expired food, new or gently used men’s clothing (seasonally appropriate only, we have limited storage!), and small household items in good condition.
• Non-Accepted Items: Furniture, electronics, opened or expired food, damaged footwear, undergarments, used bedding, stained containers, rusted kitchenware, and partially used household items.
• Special Items: Mouthwash and hand sanitizer are accepted only if they are alcohol-free.

Due to limited storage, we recommend checking our Amazon Wishlist for current needs and/or contacting us before dropping off donations. Always ensure that a staff member is present to receive your items; items that are left by the door will likely be thrown away for health and safety reasons.

If you’re a housebound veteran in North Central Massachusetts, you can benefit from our monthly food box delivery service.

Should you need assistance outside regular operating hours, we’ll arrange a convenient pick-up time for you. Call us at 978-632-9601 to figure out which of our options will work best for you.

We invite you to visit our pantry and see your contributions in action. Through your support and generosity, we continue to ensure that veterans and their families receive the essential resources they need. To get involved, consider promoting our cause within your community by hosting a food drive or raising funds. At this time, we are not accepting new or additional volunteers.
